This package requires $125 deposit which is deducted from your balance. Complimentary 30 minutes setup time $50 for an additional 30 minutes setup time. Use of VIP booths, music hookup

Due to limited venue space, we cannot allow adult parties to be combined with a child's spa party unless you add the family and friends. This package is designed for adults that are interested in consolidating a family and friends party with any of our spa party packages!  Family & Friends party guests simply arrive one hour after the spa party reservation time to enjoy the balance of the spa party as Family & Friends prepare to integrate. We can work with you if you prefer earlier start time for this package.

Includes up to 20 Family & Friends....you can add additional guest to this package with a maximum of 10 additional guests for $20 pp.

**ALL spa party packages require a non refundable $150 deposit to guarantee a reservation. Deposit can be split in two payments as long a the remaining deposit is paid within seven days of the reservation.  If you give fourteen business days request to either cancel  or reschedule your event, you can use your deposit towards a future scheduled visit within 90 days of the cancellation.

Posh & Play Kids Spa is primarily a “by appointment”  but walk ins are available as long as we have an opening and as long as it is not during a private party. Business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact on our business and our support staff. Hence, this deposit and ALL party  payments are NONREFUNDABLE.  

 

Final Payment: Please be mindful that remaining party balance is due SEVEN business days prior to your event and, MUST be paid in *cash*. If your final *cash* payment is not made SEVEN business days prior to your event date, you run the risk of event cancellation. ALL cancellation notice less than 14 days prior to event will receive a 50% penalty deduction of entire payments and remaining 50% will be issued in a spa credit gift certificate to be redeemed within 60 days of original payment. ALL cancellations that are made within seven days of event will receive a 75% penalty deduction and remaining 25% will be issued in a spa credit gift certificate to be redeemed within 60 days of original payment. ALL cancellations that are not made withing SEVEN business days of your event WILL receive a 75% penalty deduction from ALL payments made on the event. The remaining 25% will be issued in a spa credit gift certificate to be redeemed within seven days of cancellation.

Gratuity:  is not included but greatly appreciated. Please see event host for all gratuity.
 

Weekly or bi-weekly payments can be paid in either cash, check or credit card and the amount charged will be applied toward the remaining balance. You're responsible for making payments in order to ensure your event reservations.
